About

A marketing executive who bridges strategy and execution

Two decades leading brand, demand, and growth — and the teams that deliver them.

Jessica Judd

Jessica Judd, PCM — CMO / VP Marketing

I lead marketing as a growth function, not a cost center. Across more than twenty years I've owned brand, demand generation, communications, and product marketing for startups, scale-ups, and global organizations — setting the strategy, building the team, and reporting outcomes to founders, boards, and investors.

My range is the point. I've repositioned businesses and rebuilt their demand engines; launched brands and products; and localized global companies for new markets. I'm as comfortable defining a category and a P&L as I am editing the work that ships — and I hire people who are, too.

Today I run an AI-native operation that lets lean teams perform like larger ones, without losing the human judgment that makes brands trusted.
